The keyboard was completely disfunctional within less than a month from purchasing Best Price Bodum Bistro Electric Speed Mixer product. You cannot blogspot out anything on the keyboard so I am not able to really do much with the Best Price Bodum Bistro Electric Speed Mixer now except trash it. Also, it takes bout 5 tries clicking on an icon before something will pop up. Same problem with opening up the locked screen to first get into the device. Seems as though screen is totally de-sensitized or something. Would not purchase a used Best Price Bodum Bistro Electric Speed Mixer or other electronic item again.

It really is a great product, as many reviews say. However, Best Price KitchenAid KHM9PWH 9-Speed Professional Mixer will only last about a month. Then it starts to have charging issues that can only be fixed by getting a new one, and the new one will only have the same issue. Best Price KitchenAid KHM9PWH 9-Speed Professional Mixer is a very big problem considering the short battery life and how quickly it drains.

When I called customer support after the unit would not charge from the USB adapter on my computer, their answer was to either reconfigure your computer to get it to work or buy an adapter. Why a $10 product wasn't included in the package is something I just don't understand. While I do like my Best Price KitchenAid KHM9PWH 9-Speed Professional Mixer, I don't like the fact that it won't charge properly after 3-6 months of use. I also am really disappointed at the lack of customer service that I received from shopping today. Black and Decker MX3200B Hand Mixer

I got the Best Price KitchenAid KHM9PWH 9-Speed Professional Mixer for Christmas and it is great. I love how it is connected to shoppings world of apps, books, music, and movies. It is lighter than a full sized tablet so it is easier to take places. There are a few things that I do not like. Like there is no external volume controls and the power button is really easy to hit. I also wish you could disable the carousel and change it to something else. But overall, I am pleased with the device.

An update: Apparently, the female rep I spoke to at shopping just didn't want to budge. However, after speaking to another rep, he agreed to have it replaced with either a new one or a refurbished one. When I receive the new one, I'll do an update again to let you all know how it functions.
