I have always had good luck with refurbished products especialy if they have the same warrenty as new ones.

However, we haven't used the device at all. The user interface is not intuitive, to be honest, lack of UX concept. It's still too heavy to read ebook on the bed. Even to purchase product from shopping.com site, it doesn't provide good user experience. Just cheaper and worse tablet. We can't understand why some people rate Best Price KitchenAid KP26M1XDP Professional Series 6-Quart product such high. What we could use it was only for playing "angry bird".
